With over 30 years in the property business, Polly is utterly focused on providing an outstanding level of service, with the client firmly at the centre. She understands completely the power of recommendation and the importance of creating high standards. With skills suitably honed over a considerable time in the business, she has undoubted skills in running highly effective residential sales and lettings teams covering all aspects of agency.

Having had his own architectural business being involved with commercial design from industrial buildings, military installations to restaurants, theatres, land redevelopment: you name it – both within the UK and abroad. Neil was also involved in supervising repairs and remedial works to ecclesiastical buildings throughout the south-west. With those skills as Director of Land and New Homes, he presides over a key part of the business and he and his staff enjoy a remarkable track record finding the “sweet spot” of a project. There’s no substitute for experience, and it’s a sought-after talent that sets Neil apart for the sale of land, acquisitions, the selling of new homes: providing independent advice at every stage to ensure a successful outcome for his many clients. Outside work, Neil is a keen rugby fan, having played for London Irish in his youth.

Katie’s passion for property started at a young age. Having been brought up in the countryside within the farming community, she has always been familiar with the lettings world. Katie has multiple years’ experience and takes great pleasure in providing a high-level service, ensuring the rental process is stress-free for both Landlords and Tenants. Outside work, Katie enjoys watching rugby and supporting her family’s charity.

As a go-between for all parties ensuring the sale seamlessly reaches completion, Marcus plays a key role at DOMVS. His healthy balance of tenacity and pressure ensures each transition has the best chance of success.

Laura has over two decades of invaluable estate agency experience, beginning her career in Dorchester and Weymouth in 1995. Over the years, Laura has sold beautiful properties all the way from Lyme Regis to Briantspuddle and Portland to Sherborne. She takes great pleasure in meeting her clients both old and new, listening to and empathising with their stories and helping them on their journey to find their next special home. Laura loves spending time with her family and friends, sea swimming, walking her dog, exploring new places and practicing yoga.
