If your property is not professionally managed, then you will need to contact your landlord directly.
If you’re unsure, it is unlikely your property is managed and you will need to refer back to your rental contract to retrieve your landlords’ contact details, which will have been provided when you moved in.
Reporting a Maintenance Issue
To report a maintenance issue please provide the following information and send to our Property Management Team, who will deal with the issue as soon as possible, on [email protected]
- Full name, telephone number and best email address
- Address of rental property
- Description of maintenance issue
- Your consent (or instructions) for a contractor to visit the property using the management key
In the event of an Emergency
Please call Property Management on 01305 835300 and select option 2. Should an emergency occur out of office hours, please contact one of our Out of Hours Contractors listed below.
Please note – an emergency is deemed to be something which may cause harm to you or your family or damage to the property i.e burst pipe, boiler breakdown or no electric.
Should a contractor be called out and the repair is deemed to be a non emergency, the additional call out charge i.e weekend or after hours rate will be payable by yourself.
