Once a sale has been negotiated and agreed, it will be passed to our sales progression professionals, who act as a go-between for all parties in the chain. We know that moving house is stressful (verywellmind.com ranks it as life’s third most stressful event) and our team is relentless in their pursuit of getting the transaction to completion as smoothly as possible for everyone involved.
There’s not much the team hasn’t overcome. They know all the tricks of the trade; whether it’s securing that lost ‘Building Regs’ certificate, unravelling survey queries, or ensuring that solicitors, lenders and others in the chain are on course for the all-important exchange, they will always fight tooth and nail to ensure the sale is a success.
Batman & Robin
Known internally as the ‘Batman and Robin’ of DOMVS, Marcus and Nicky will keep all lines of communication open, while applying and maintaining the necessary pressure to keep the chain progressing in line with our clients’ expectations. Their role, which they describe as ‘part estate agent, part counsellor’, has helped to expedite sales and keep any fall-throughs to a minimum.
