Our house was listed with a high street estate agent and did not sell. We decided to take the house off the market for a while and Benjamin Dobson knocked on our door one evening offering his company’s business. Initially I was not convinced being approached on the doorstep but my husband was keen. We decided to wait about 6 months and Benjamin did not hassle us but respected our decision. When we did put our home on the market, Benjamin made sure he knew everything about the house and remembered all the details. The sales brochure was classy with amazing photography. When the viewings came he spent time with people. On each occasion he was with people viewing the house between 30- 60 minutes. Feedback was usually immediate and when viewings were later in the day he would call or email in the evening. He even called once whilst on honeymoon! Communication with Benjamin was excellent. Our house sold, thanks to Benjamin's proactive approach and we are settled in our new home. We cannot thank Benjamin enough even to the point that he came to get the house keys from us so he could welcome the new owners himself. We highly recommend DOMVS and Benjamin.
