As one of the most iconic and beloved local brands, Dorset Tea has a rich history dating back 100 years.  It all started when our founder, Keith Spicer, began blending teas in his Bournemouth kitchen. Equipped with an old butcher’s bike, he set out to deliver his creations to businesses around Dorset. 

75 years later, Dorset Tea was created to celebrate Keith’s work and the natural beauty and sunshine of Dorset. Our tea tastes as good as the sunshine makes you feel, and that’s why we call it a ‘cup of sunshine’. 

Dorset Tea offers a wide range of black and green teas, plus fruit & herbal infusions. Our signature Sunshine Blend is award-winning, as our zingy Ginger & Sunshine Lemon and the new Sandy Beaches Loose Leaf. The loose leaf tea is designed to be as luxurious as a long, lazy summer’s day on Dorset’s sandy beaches, while the fruit and herbal teas pay homage to the wealth of fruits and flavours found along Dorset’s coast and countryside.
