About The Dorset Ginger Company
The Dorset Ginger Company was formed around 1985 by a local family butcher, Ivor Bishop, whose products were sold locally and at various fairs.
Nearly 40 years later, they produce award winning non alcoholic ginger drinks in Dorset following an old family recipe. Great drinks to enjoy on their own, as mixers or used for cooking and baking too!
