DOMVS launches new homes development of two- and three-bedroom apartments with views across Weymouth Harbour
Marina View is a boutique development on Weymouth’s picturesque harbour. Each of the six luxury apartments has spectacular views, one or two parking spaces and a 10-year warranty. The development is built to a high specification and now has just four units remaining.
Comparable research from DOMVS shows that the apartments’ average price per square foot compares very favourably with other harbourside locations in the South West. Property on the market in Poole, Christchurch and Exmouth’s respective harbours command an average of £650 per square foot, while apartments in Marina View average approximately £450 per square foot, making them an attractive proposition for buy-to-let investors.
