The decision to expand into Beaminster follows the resounding success of DOMVS’s consultant agent model in Dorset, which has been particularly successful in neighbouring Bridport, run by Benjamin Dobson. With four consultant agents already operational in strategic locations including Blandford Forum, Swanage, and Shaftesbury, alongside office locations in Dorchester, Wareham and Weymouth, DOMVS is looking forward to expanding its West Dorset operations.

He has sold properties ranging from £230,000 to £758,000, with an average sales price of £484,403, which compares favourably to the average across Bridport (DT6) of £366,887*. With a pipeline of sales valued at £2,730,000, and 14 units valued at £7,519,950 currently on the market, Benjamin is on course for even greater results in this financial year.
Previously a farmer, with a string of professional sporting qualifications, Benjamin has worked in estate agency for over a decade, for well-known estate agency brands in East Devon and West Dorset.
