Press Release | Popular Purbeck resident John Beauchamp to launch DOMVS in Swanage and surrounding Purbeck
DOMVS, a leading Dorset estate agency, has announced its expansion into Swanage and the wider Purbeck area. Having already established itself as the number one agency in nearby Wareham* the new location will allow DOMVS to better serve its clients with their property services including sales, lettings, and property management.
The Swanage branch will be launched by John Beauchamp, who in his 30-year career as a sales and marketing executive, has worked for a variety of national and international brands, and more recently as a mentor for small businesses in Dorset, supporting their growth. 
Having lived in Purbeck for over 20 years, firstly in Corfe Castle and more recently in Kingston, John is a familiar face in the area. He is part of the Kingston Residents Group, who get together to organise village events, such as the last Jubilee celebrations and the upcoming Coronation plans. He is also a qualified Campanologist (aka bellringer) and you’ll often hear him ringing at Kingston St James, Worth St Nicholas and Corfe Castle St Edwards, where is also on the Church Events Committee.
John Beauchamp says: “Since permanently moving to Purbeck in 2002, I have loved becoming a part of this special community. We have bought and sold property through DOMVS, and I’m thrilled to now be a part of the team. My experience of working in sales and marketing will ensure our clients’ properties have the best chance of securing a new buyer or tenant, and having used the highest tech and digital channels in previous roles to target customers and close sales, I am confident that homeowners will be delighted with the results we can achieve.
“I live and breathe my local community. If you got married locally, there’s a good chance I was part of the bellringing team and if you’ve attended a locally-run event, there’s every possibility I played my part in getting it off the ground.
“There’s nothing I enjoy more than making somewhere a home. We’ve recently renovated our property, planted over 40 trees, created an orchard, started a vegetable garden, and now have chickens. It’s always a work in progress, but I’m looking forward to making myself familiar with more beautiful homes in the area.”

The Swanage expansion is the latest addition to DOMVS’s growing network of offices in Dorset, which includes locations in Dorchester, Wareham, Preston, Bridport, and Blandford Forum.
