With an in-house marketing team, we are equipped to showcase the unique aspects of each property to the best audience and will utilise our own social channels and well-established website to ensure a wide, national reach. As part of our marketing plan, we will determine if your home warrants its own social profile and we will work with your guests to collate regular, positive content. We also have great relationships with both local and national publications, with which we will be in constant contact to secure editorial coverage.
We attract the highest quality guests, because we prioritise high-quality properties. It means we naturally appeal to discerning visitors who appreciate and seek out exceptional holiday experiences with added features such as our concierge services. Importantly, we apply the same due diligence to looking after your holiday home as we do for long-term renters. This ensures your property is kept safe and secure for each booking. We request ID checks and personally speak to prospective guests before confirmation is made, and each booking will always have to fulfil your preferred criteria. We want to understand the purpose of their break, the number of individuals coming and if there will be any pets, while making sure this fits with your expectations.
As well as a Concierge Manager to look after your guests, each of our holiday lets will be professionally managed by our in-house property management team. So, if there’s a problem with the boiler or a dripping tap, we know exactly the right people to get it sorted, and unlike other management providers, we do not add on a service fee when works are required. We use our preferred third-party contractors because they are the most reliable and best around, not because they pay us. This gives you the reassurance that you can sit back and enjoy your investment.
