Story House: The DOMVS Children’s Writing Competition is an annual creative writing competition aimed to inspire creativity, imagination and passion of school children in Dorset, and by popular demand, is returning for it’s fifth year!
The Story House competition is open to schools across Dorset for pupils aged 5-12 and this year’s competition is now open for entry. Your school’s Headteacher will let you know if your school is participating, but if you haven’t heard, then please let us know and we’ll happily contact them.
DOMVS, alongside Lord Julian Fellowes, will attend an annual awards ceremony, where the winners of each category receive a certificate and prize. All stories this year should start with the following sentence provided by Lord Fellowes, “I always thought of Alison as my best friend, until the day I discovered she disliked me”
