At DOMVS, we are an advisory-led lettings and property management partner for discerning landlords who prioritise long-term performance, regulatory confidence and well-managed tenancies.
Due to continued growth, we have created this role to strengthen and support our expanding lettings department. You will report directly to our Associate Director of Lettings, giving you clear leadership guidance while providing genuine scope to develop into a senior position over time.

The Letting Manager Role:
This is not a volume-driven position, it is a leadership role focused on quality, consistency and long-term performance. Ideally, you will:
- Support and lead the day-to-day lettings operation across our core offices
- Drive sustainable portfolio growth and strong renewal performance
- Maintain rigorous compliance and audit-ready processes
- Strengthen landlord relationships through trusted, commercially sound advice
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline and income performance
- Mentor and develop team members
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the department
Based in Dorchester, you will help lead DOMVS’s growing residential lettings and property management operation across Dorset, supporting our teams and landlord clients across our network of offices.
What We’re Looking For
You will have at least two years’ experience in residential lettings and be ready to step into broader responsibility. Management experience is welcome but not essential. We are looking for leadership capability and ambition.
