We need to spread the word about John Beauchamp, agent for DOMVS in the Purbeck area – especially Swanage. We asked John to find a buyer for our home in Swanage High Street and could not have imagined, beforehand, the personal attention and commitment that John would put into introducing potential purchasers and ultimately bringing success. Notably we were impressed by the suitability of those he introduced – each viewing was by someone we felt was a genuine possible buyer and he ‘did his homework’, aiding our presentation and making himself aware of every small detail that might lead to a sale. We quickly felt that we were a team with a common purpose. On a more personal note it is always a pleasure to be in his company and although he has now done his job we hope our paths may cross again – we may even sell or buy another house just to make it happen.
