Our house was listed with a high street estate agent and did not sell. We decided to take the house off the market for a while and Benjamin Dobson knocked on our door one evening offering his company’s business. Initially I was not convinced being approached on the doorstep but my husband was keen. We decided to wait about 6 months and Benjamin did not hassle us but respected our decision. When the viewings came he spent time with people. On each occasion he was with people viewing the house between 30- 60 minutes. Feedback was usually immediate and when viewings were later in the day he would call or email in the evening. He even called once whilst on honeymoon! Communication with Benjamin was excellent. Our house sold, thanks to Benjamin’s proactive approach and we are settled in our new home.
