Rhubarb, no custard: The Dorset Ginger Company’s Rhubarb Mojito Mocktail


  • 1 1/2 oz Rhubarb with a Ginger Kick
  • 1oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 15 mint leaves
  • Soda water (optional)
  • If you’d like to make it an alcoholic cocktail, just add 2oz white rum


Stir all ingredients together in a tall glass with some crushed ice. Top up with soda water if using and garnish with a mint sprig. Enjoy!
