Dorset homeowners and landowners are invited to a free seminar aimed at helping them assess whether their land or garden is suitable for development. Hosted by leading estate agents DOMVS, the event will take place on Friday, 28th March 2025, at The Crown Hotel, in Blandford.
The seminar features a panel of industry experts who will provide invaluable insights into the process of land development, covering legal considerations, architectural design, planning regulations, and market valuations. Attendees will gain practical knowledge on how to navigate the complexities of land development and make informed decisions about their properties.
The event will open with a keynote address by Simon Hoare, MP for North Dorset, followed by informative talks from leading professionals:
