About the Role

Some people love the thrill of the deal. We’re looking for the person who loves making sure the deal actually happens.

At DOMVS, our sales team are out winning instructions, building relationships and negotiating offers. Supporting them at a higher level, we need someone who keeps everything moving, smoothly, calmly, and without anything slipping through the cracks.

That’s where you come in.

You’ll be the person who knows exactly what’s happening across every property, every client and every conversation. When things get busy (and they will), you won’t flinch. You’ll prioritise, problem-solve and quietly keep the wheels turning. This isn’t a sales role, but if you’ve been in sales before, you’ll get it and you’ll know exactly how to support a team to perform at their best.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Keeping a watchful eye over the entire pipeline, spotting slowdowns before they become problems
  • Being the reassuring, knowledgeable voice for clients when they need clarity or confidence
  • Making sure every property launches properly (no rushed photos, no last-minute scrambles)
  • Chasing feedback, nudging buyers, and keeping momentum alive
  • Supporting offers through to agreement with clarity and precision
  • Acting as the glue between teams so nothing gets lost in translation

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A person others rely on when things need sorting
  • Calm even under pressure and able to lift a team, not just support it
  • Able to communicate with empathy, understanding the importance of each client’s situation
  • Determined in maintaining momentum and focused to see things through
  • Dynamic, energetic, and naturally organised (and slightly allergic to loose ends)
  • Just as comfortable having a laugh as you are getting things done
  • Quick to think, quicker to act
