DOMVS Named Dorset’s Best Estate Agent at British Property Awards
DOMVS welcomed schools, families and young writers from across the county to celebrate the seventh year of its StDOMVS has been named Dorset’s Best Estate Agent at the British Property Awards, recognising outstanding customer service across its Swanage and Wareham offices.
The Dorset-wide accolade follows Gold Awards for Best Estate Agent in Swanage & Wareham and Best Estate Agent in Dorchester, with the Swanage and Wareham team now securing the top overall spot in the county.
The local award marks the fourth consecutive year the team has been recognised in their area, making the county-wide win a particularly significant milestone.
The British Property Awards are judged independently on a town-by-town basis, using a strict 25-point assessment criteria designed to remove bias and focus heavily on customer service. There is no entry process, no submission and no fee to participate, ensuring every local agent is assessed fairly.
Judging takes place over several months through a robust mystery shopping programme, allowing assessors to experience first-hand the level of service provided to buyers and sellers.
