Berry Nice: The Dorset Ginger Company’s Berry & Ginger Smash
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz Raspberry with a hint of Ginger
- 1oz Vodka
- 1/2oz fresh lime juice & 1 lime wedge
- 5 raspberries
- Soda water to top up (optional)
- Raspberries & mint sprig for garnish
Method
In a jug, muddle the raspberries, vodka and fresh lime juice, then add the Raspberry with a hint of Ginger. Pour it into a tall glass, add some crushed ice, top up with soda water, if using, and garnish with raspberries on a cocktail stick. Enjoy!
