About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional individual to become a part of our passionate, close-knit sales team in Wareham. With a long-established office, perfectly positioned on the bustling high street, we are looking for someone with at least three years’ estate agency experience to join our well-respected brand operating in the mid- to higher-end of the Wareham property market.

The role would suit an ambitious, enthusiastic salesperson looking to step into a future management position in an office listed as the number one agent on Rightmove+ (YTD average for properties £400k+).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property matchmaker: Introduce and sell the right homes to the right buyers while building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Market expert: Bring new properties to market that reflect our brand’s positioning with a tailored launch strategy
  • Opportunity seeker: Maintain close communication with applicants to uncover broader  business opportunities (market appraisals, financial services)

Key Skills:

  • Ambitious, driven and energetic; friendly and empathetic
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build positive relationships with applicants, clients and colleagues
  • Strong IT, organisational and time-management skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Overview of Your Day-to-Day

  • Guide and assist buyers in purchasing property, tailoring solutions to suit their personal needs, buying experience and financial status
  • Provide honest and informed advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
  • Develop networks and cooperate with surveyors, lenders and solicitors
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet target levels
  • Conduct and negotiate property sales transactions with integrity and finesse
  • Promote sales through savvy use of social media
  • Stay informed about property markets and best practices
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Create opportunities for lettings, core sales offices, consultant agents and financial services
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Estate Agency regulations
